标 题: 这个scope of work大概多少钱合理？

下面是我想在basement做的renovation。在联系contractor之前想看看大概labor预算
多少。在东北。
1) for a 115 sqft room, level the floor and install 1'x1' marble floor tile.
2) install 4 base cabinets and one wall cabinet.
3) install a 48" bathroom vanity, granite countertop and faucet. and collect
washer and dryer.
4) put beadboard,trim, chair rail and baseboard on three walls. Each wall is
about 4'x8'. Beadboard is only half the height of the wall.
5) build a build-in 7' wide window bench sitting. |

主要是最后一项要找靠谱的比较贵． 半路出家的老中干不了那个

发帖数: 376 | 8 custom-build的，你找好的木匠，就是需要这么多。$3000是比较贵的估计，但是$2000
肯定要。
如果你随便做做，大差不差，比如抽屉面板不是定做而是从橱柜店买几个来，那就不用
这么多。
不管怎样，上面的掀盖还是要定做。

瓷砖，普通排放，没有奇异pattern的，$10/sqft
custom-build cabinetry $500-$600/linear ft，如果只是半墙高，$300/ft
cabinet/vanity installation: $100/piece |
