己去lower's买一个就换上去了。在美国关于电的东西是不是不能让tenant自己换？
tenant是一白人。窗户是好的，不知道是否边框上一圈玻璃胶即可。但人不在当地不好
说。
We have a couple issues with the house, a good majority of the wall plugs do
not hold plugs in them because they are worn out. They have caused sparks
and we think that this is a fire hazard. The window in the smaller bedroom
up stairs is leaking air so the room does not retain any heat. If you could
please help us out and get these fixed that would be great. |

自己找人修，你报销费用就是，不过会比较贵。异地租房就是不方便，我也是这种情况
，没办法，该花的还得花呀。 |
