大家帮忙看看那些是重大隐患，还有将来如果自己修的话会花大笔银子。谢谢大家啦
1. Have a qualified contractor cut the soil back and divert the water away
from the right side crawl space entrance to reduce the seepage, water entry
and water related damage inside the crawl space or rot at the lower framing
(Major concern). 房子右边的crawl space入口有木料连接土壤，容易进水，招虫子，
木头腐烂什么的
2. Add railing to front steps for safety purpose (Safety hazard) 前门有3个台阶
3. Install rounded, easy to grip railings by qualified contractors for
safety purpose (Safety hazard) 现在的露台台阶扶手太宽，无法用手握住
4. Correct the deck steps to same height by licensed contractors for safety
purpose (Safety hazard). 现在露台台阶每级高度不同，房检员上露台怕绊倒，下露
台踩空
5. Secure loose railings on the deck by licensed contractors for safety
purpose (Safety hazard). 露台周围扶手松动
6. Add flashing to the place where deck is secured to the home to divert
water away, or make proof of the flashing's existence (Safety hazard). 在房
屋和露台交接的地方加金属片把水导开
7. Change the service door between garage and home to fire rated door, and
panel to crawl space to fire rated panel (Safety hazards). 车库和房检连接的
门要换成防火门
8. Eliminating infestation of termite by a licensed pesticide contractor or
verify the house is currently is still under warranty of Viking Pest Control
(Major concerns). 车库里面有一个木板上有白蚁咬过的痕迹
9. Add support under the crawl space under the extension of kitchen (Major
concerns). 现任房主的厨房新延伸出去的半节，下面以前的支架被挖掉了，需要重新
安装支架
10. Protect the wood against hot water heater flue pipe by a qualified
contractor. Downsize main chimney size for only connecting the water heater
flue to the main chimney now (Major concerns). 热水器烟囱紧贴着木料，怕发热
起火，需要绝热
11. Extend the exterior portion of furnace flue as far as clearance from the
slider door by a licensed contractor (Major concerns). 空调废气排放口要远离
游戏室的滑动门。
12. Make lower level stairs step even in height for safety (Major concerns).
向下的台阶每级高度要调整一致 | S***P
