your closing date, and the letter should have arrived at your new address.
It will let you know your options, either to write a check or register an
online account, etc. Good luck finding the letter! If not, find your closing
document, and give the lender a call. |

？ 这个不是应该在escrow account里面吗？也不应该交给ｌｅｎｄｅｒ吧？ |

发帖数: 1184 | 4 一般的来说银行会邮寄给您一份第一个月的statement，或者会email您一个电子版的，
如果都没有收到的话可以打电话问问银行的customer service，一般号码都会显示在银
行官方网站的“Contact US”子项里面。然后可以让他们的帮您set up一个网上帐户。

The tax you pay is collected by your lender and the money deposited into
your escrow account, and will be paid from this acount to your county on,
usually, a yearly basis or once every 6 months. I guess, since I am not
financial major, by doing it this way, the government gets your property
taxes. Insurance can be collected this way or in some cases, the lender does
NOT collect but you have to pay on your own and send the lender the proof
that you have enough insurance coverage (which is required by the lender).

到银行寄的payment voucher，可以用这个先付款。
2.在过户后的一个月内,银行会寄payment voucher给你，注意查收。
3.现在银行都有online payment服务,找lender咨询一下怎么操作,然后直接网上付,或
设一个自动付款,以后就方便很多.
