约好了inspection在明天，今天agent发给我seller disclosure，property
inspection和roof inspection，上面写的很clear，没有问题。
我是不是等inspection之后，如果确实没有问题再签？签了之后，还能要求repair么？
不给repair能要credit么？谢谢
