My agent told me that the house I am interested:
6 years ago they had termite damage they found in their garage.
House was treated and wood replaced. Terminex has been monitoring house for
6 years and have found NO termite activity.
Have no experience at all on termite. This house was built in 1986. The
house seems well maintained. Should I worry about this problem?
