房子快CLOSE了， 才发现：
MORGAGE AGENT让签名的
Anti Steering Certification文件里和GFE写着有Origination fee近7000多。
他同时EMAIL来的 Itemized Fee Worksheet 里没有Origination fee， 这里不需要我
签名。
不会有什么猫腻吧。 以哪个为准？ | r******d

commissions
If it is no fee, you don't need to pay origination fee.
But different brokers might have different meanings for NO fee, ie, WF's no
fee means no lender related fee but you have to pay the third party fees
such as: credit score checking fee, appraisal fee, escrow fee....etc
But if you work with wholesale brokers, no fee means all the fees mentioned
above will be covered...
