Should I also walk away? The original buyer walked away due to this mold
problem not radon.
The seller is using professional for mold remediation. However the root
cause of mold, inadequate attic ventilation, and moisture will still remain,
and therefore the mold can come back.
What should I ask sell to do, if I do consider to buy the house? | c****o

的那种全是孔soffit。另外加ridge vent也没几个钱。有时候可能其实就是Soffit
Insulation Baffle没装，自己可装2块钱一片。
如果比较冷的地方，注意阁楼里面insulation是不是够厚，还有各种管道是不是
insulate了。

If we replace the roof, will that remove the mold in attic? Sorry know
