On the offer letter, it said
(1) offer valid up to 1:00pm 6/12/13
(2) 6/21 executes P&S agreement
(3) loan commitment at 8/2/13
(4) closing at 8/16/13
Does loan commitment means the loan approval date? If that is the case, I
need 45days for the loan lock.
All these dates make sense? Seems make sense to me,
