水龙头沿着地基走一圈就完事？
还是水龙头在地基的每一个点要停留一秒钟，让水能溢出来为止，然后下一个点。
现在，属不属于这三个月？

some rain this spring. but in summer, yes, they will dry out at least for
some spots. but usually they come back next spring.

that particular day you can do outdoor water whatever you like. I do 3
rounds on that day.

or Sunday which is my water day.

it allows you to irrigate in both Thursday and Sunday.
I irrigate on Thursday and Sunday. one run each day. so totally two runs
every weeks. each runs takes 9 minutes.
because I hear that you must let land soap a lot in one irrigation. so I
irrigate for 9 minutes in each run.

in stage 1 water restriction before, at that stage, we can water twice a
week, now is stage 2, only once a week, either thursday or sunday for even
number household. maybe we will go to stage 3 if the draught continues,
then we will only have 6 hours per week.
