My understanding is that there is not much restriction on how long the
seller should reply, unless specifically said in the contract. i assume at
this point after your AR there is not much said about the reply time in your
contract anyway.

5-day review period, seller also has 5 days. But the contract is in effect,
if both sides are in good will to negotiate. |
