囱里面照了一张照片，发现烟囱里面已经长了白色MOLD。ATTIC和CRAW SPACE也发现少

• The chimney on the house needs attention. It is deteriorated and
leaking at the cap. There is visible mold inside the chase (viewed from the
attic) as well as in the lower level. This is a known health hazard. Have
the cap rebuilt, expos all framing below the leaking cap (including lower
level, first and second floors in the house), repair any foundation cracks,
treat the framing with an approved biocide, then replace the finished
surfaces. Finally, test the house for mold after repairs are complete. This
is important. Budget $8,000+

water onto the floor in the mechanical room. Have the pump replaced, seal
the pit and sanitize the area. Budget $1,500
7. The installed sump pump is missing a battery backup. This increases

Additionally, have the freeze vulnerable discharge line repaired as needed.

1. The rear retaining wall near the deck is rotted. Have it rebuilt as
needed. Budget $1,800 Additionally, we suggest having a termite inspection
performed on this house due to the earth to wood contact (deck) and
condition of the wood. Budget $100 for a termite inspection. |

I am more concerned about the mold since we have a little boy and his doctor
is saying he might have ashma. He is too young to take the ashma test now.

like this so you can avoid buying the property that will torture you for a
much longer time.
