credit，如果用chase的checking account来付每月的mortgage payment，另外再给1%
cash rebate。Citi说只能免掉800块的application fee。大家说应该弃Citi投Chase吗
？Citi昨天刚做了appraisal，还没有收任何钱。

fixed，2.5%， application fee 899，还有些别的啥费用
