好像有人抱怨customer service不好：
Installed the seat to see how it looked but never used it. Took it off and
notified Brondell that I'd like to return it for the bigger size. I told
them I opened it and installed it and asked them if this was a problem. They
said as long as I didn't use it, then I could return it and exchange it for
the bigger size. I re-packaged it as best I could and sent it back to
Brondell. I was notified via email 2 weeks later that they were unable to
process my return since the product had been opened. It's been 4 weeks since
I was notified of this and they still have not returned my seat back to me.
I've called and emailed multiple times and no one answers my calls or
emails. Have they gone out of business? They just stole my toilet since they
obviously didn't repay me! There are much cheaper yet just as dependable
and capable seats available. Don't waste your time with this shoddy company.

功能和moving nozzle function 很有用。曾已经非常担心被Daily Steals 骗，因为网
上到处都是对它的负面评价。
