我们还愿意加三千吗。我们说可以,但希望对方给我们看一下那个出原价的合同复印件
。对方AGENT说没问题,等SELLER签字后就把那个另一个人的OFFER复印件发过来。
现在已经过了两天了,对方也没给我们发过来。我的AGENT说无所谓啦,肯定不回
CHEATING的啦。还有,我们发现LISTING SQFT比COUNTY RECORD多200,让我的AGENT
去打听一下他们有没有解释。我的AGENT说这个问题没什么意义,房子的价格不全由面
积决定。我坚持让他问,现在两天了也没答复。
我想问一下,对方AGENT说谎骗我们说有人出LISTING PRICE的可能性大吗?如果就是不
给我们那份其他人的OFFER COPY,我们有什么办法吗? |

I think the strategy is somewhat risky just like your case.
it is still not too bad. they did not say it is 10,000 more than the listing
price
if you feel OK with the listing price, just take it for 3000 more
but if I were you, I would not use this strategy.
there was one house listed at 425k, the sell price was 480k, if someone used
this strategy, will they feel cheated if they cannot get the paper contract
of that highest offer from another buyer?
FYI, that house actually worth 480k.
at that time, i do not have that much savings, if I do, I will take it even
for 500k
it all depends on the value of the property and how much you want it.

legal ! Imagine if someone take a look at your offer and steal the house
away from you with a $500 increase. Seller agents may give an estimated
value, a ball park, or even a verbal confirmation, but never a faxed copy of
someone's signed offer. |

Then after email/phone negotiations, if both sides reach an agreement,the
final contract will be signed by seller and buyer. I think seller agent only
has the initial offer of the other buyer. How come the initial offer of the
other buyer is the lisiting price? Doesn't make sense.

agent trying to cheat you for just $3k. it doesn't worth of the trouble to
cheat for $90 more of the commission. if you were the listing agent, will
you cheat for just $90 dollars and risk for losing your license?!relo
company only works with some very good agents and the good ones do not need
to play this kind of tracks.

it which will only leave less than $350 to the agent! is it worth of
cheating? btw, the correct way to do this is to put a Escalation Addendum
into your offer.

any competing offerin the first place. The reason you were offering like
this, I assume, you want to get the house no matter what. So, now you got
