要按什么税率收税呢?
如果太多就打算先不卖了。哪位大人知道请指教。

收入就15%?
房子买来换了地板和一些东西但是给的现金别人做的,但是有当时的照片和现在的照片
对比,没有收据也可以报有upgrade吗?

gain. since you only lived there for 20 months, you don't qualify for that
tax benefit. as for upgrade by paying cash, you can try to write them off,
but be careful.
