Without saying the sale price, their words are just purely bullshit to get
your interest in them as the listing agent, even if you were planning to
sell your property.

properties.
Basically, they pay the cost of the cards, you call them for imagined $500,
and they get your names.
It is so easy to make money after you became the listing agent. We rarely
see people here complaining listing agents and sometimes they even love
listing agents.

Assuming I want to sell my house which is estimated by zillow to be in range
500k to 600k in price. If I post a sign of 450k in front of my house, I
will for sure get many offers and can choose to sell to any one of buyers.
A listing agent is only entitle to a portion of the price the house is sold
above 450k, the part he/she really helped me to get. I am willing to pay him
10% of (selling price - 450k) for his work. but he is not entitled to any
part below 450k.

发帖数: 3792 | 8 2.5-3% is the regular market price, but you can always negotiate the
percentage with them or ask for special pakcages, say that they will pay for
certain cost for repairing stuff to make a potential buyer happy.
You can ask for rebate from your buyer agent, you can do the same to your
listing agent.
A good listing agent does good marketing for you. Not many people will pass
by your yard, or maybe a high bidder will not know your property without
going through the agent's listings.
