家里鸡飞狗跳的，就给cancel了。
最近好像到处不太平，又发生了些入室抢劫啥的。想问问看有没有其他推荐的home
security system呀？

假报警跟公司的服务无关，跟你现有的sensor和设置有关。买什么sensor和设置跟选
router一样要自己把握。

control the system from my smart phone. The comparative plan cost $42.99/
month at FrontPoint security (with 2 year contract), it costs $29.95 at
Safemart. They also gave me 3 months free if I pay 1 year upfront, so it
cost about $24/month.
In terms of installation fee, it's about $10 (for them to configure your
sensors). It's self installation. Very easy to install as everything is
wireless.
The upfront equipment fee will depend on how many sensors you're going to
buy. They usually offer some discount for the main system (it's the same GE
Simon XT with wireless module in it as the FrontPoint). Sometime they also
offer discount for the sensors. I would say totally equipment minus discount
will probably cost around $300.

发帖数: 3845 | 10 I know ADT's default system is hardwired, which I don't like. I like
wireless. There are 2 wireless concepts.
1. Sensors are wireless (so that I don't need to drill holes on the window/
door frame)
2. Main system (phone module) is wireless, so that I don't need a hardwired
phone connecting to the security system. If alarm triggers, it calls central
monitoring station using the wireless module. A thief won't be able to
tamper your system (such as cut your home phone line or smash your system)
to suppress the alarm from calling the central station.
So my comparizon result is FrontPoint & safemart's Simon XT system is better
than ADT. And Safemart is better in terms of price performance.
