refi, 所以先做了appraisal, 再考虑选择那种,我们现在决定5/1 ARM, 当时他给的
是2.25%. 现在给的是2.375%,我们把他以前写的东西发了手机照, 希望他还能给2.25
%, 但他说“With that rate, we were anticipating the house to appraise for
more.Since the house appraised a little lower than anticipated, the rate is
increased by .125%- (rates are tied to both credit scores and appraised
values)。
不知道是不是这样?还是在找理由? 因为他可能不记得给过我们利率了,在给他自己
找理由。 一个月前, 我记得5/1 ARM的利率还高于2.25% (因为他一直给的也都还
行,所以也没找其他银行), 今天的利率是2.25%, 为何给我们的还要高?
我们该怎样回复他呢?

是怎么样的. 有的agent可以cover您以前的appraisal fee.

| r******d 发帖数: 1879 | 4 Your rate is tied with credit score, DTI, appraisal value (LTV), house type
and locking days....etc.
The rate your agent quoted for you was only based on the current date rate
and rate might be changed later if you didnt lock on time.
When you quote the rate with him, did he ever mentioned about the LTV value?
Becasue for LTV80, 75 or 60, the rate will be different, the LTV value will
tied with your house appraisal.
Since you already finished the appraisal, you have to continue with this
lender unless you wanna walk away and find better lender.
Always try to lock the rate at the same day you get the quote so you can
gurantee to get the rate you were promised otherwise nobody can predict the
marketing changing.
