if it is wind damage, insurance will cover all.
lots of old roof in my area got that after a hail storm.

The roof is in bad shape already. What if the roof leaks and causes damage
to the house before a hail storm occurs? Continue waiting?
Waiting for storm damage is like 守株待兔。Doesn't make sense.

of course, it is a bit of a gamble but many homeowners are willing to take
that chance.
you can always do small repairs to fix immediate concerns and wait for the
big one to hit.

10多个square.
当然有更贵的房顶,但是普通的保修35/40/40+年的就是100多/square.agent专门跟我说
过.
当然你要买个3000多尺的ranch就另说了.
