| c********n 发帖数: 731 | 3 closing fee is a general term. Usually it includes 4 parts:
1. your pre-paid taxes, HOA fee if applicable, insurance
2. in some states, title insurance and title service fee
3. mortgage related cost, origination fee, lock fee, commitment fee, etc.
4. Other fees like attorney fees, appraisal fees, survey (optional in some
states)
1 and 2 are what you have to pay no matter what and title service charge
could vary.
you can shop for 3 and 4 and see who has lower fee. Usually the mortgage
company order appraisal for you.
When you shop, you should ask for good faith estimate and compare fees for 3
and 4.

我们(loan broker) 只知道lender related fee, 并不很清楚 title and escrow fee.

,不是跟房价成正比的。 |
