from her. I will follow up with her every hour until I reach her. I also
contacted the credit agency and explained your situation. In order to
resolve the issue, you have two options:
1. I can order a rapid update. The cost is $120 and it will take 48-
72 hours. I will need a copy of your social security card in order to file
this. I will send you a PayPal if you’d like to proceed with this option.
2. Dispute these accounts on your own with Experian on your own at no
cost. The processing time for this is 30 days.
My Reply:
We have disputed with Experian and were told it would take 24~48 hours to
update.
Broker Reply:
That’s great news! I just called our credit agency back to clarify since I
was provided different information. They explained that by law they have up
to 30 days to resolve the disputes. I’m so glad Experian is willing to get
this done in such a timely manner. I’m still waiting to hear from the UW
and will let you know ASAP.

发帖数: 1879 | 7 I don't think your broker is cheating. Credit bureau always charge broker
similar amount of money if you need to speed up the update. But if borrower
dispute by your own, you dont need to pay any cost but it would take much
longer time.
Even we paid for our client to speed it up, we had one case which took us
more than 5 days to get result.
However, it will depend on broker if they are willing to cover this cost for
you or not.

Broker 先说,我自己dispute, " this is 30 day",让她做，加急2~3天，要
$120。
在我们揭穿后，改口说是自己被误导了，我们自己做是 "Up to 30 days"， 这个才是
对的。
实际上，我们自己Dispute, Experian两个小时就全做好了。
