Lender credit is $4000, but he said I could only use that towards closing,
which costs only$2700. So there are $1300 credit I cannot make use.

发帖数: 75 | 4 I just use zillow mortgage (3 times already). Go there, find the lender with
5 star rating and lowest lender fee (i.e. highest lender credits). The
list changes everyday, just pick the best one.
today for NJ 330 loan 2 lenders have 3.25 APR with 2000+ credits. |

发帖数: 75 | 6 3.25 APR for 30 yr is easy these days. My current lender call me on its own
to give me that rate with no closing cost. |
