算jumbo的。

自己算了半天发现首付多付63k,30年后总数才多付58k。63k的首付30年收益不到1%,
不可思议,
就觉得自己算错了,上来问问哪里是不是错了。
不明白为什么周围的人还要多付首付,把贷款降到417k一下呢? |
