broker给的credit正好cover cost。但是close后的final closing statement上又多了
一项cost，HOA cert fee $75，并且credit比原来给的竟然少了$135。这样一来的话，
credit比cost少了200多，岂不是相当于我自己多付了200多的cost。
给agent发信问了，但是她去度假了，还没给我回复。想问下有没有人知道这种情况正
常吗？这是agent的问题还是title company的问题？这200多刀要的回来吗？ |

了，这200块到时应该是broker refund给我们吗？
我觉得奇怪为什么credit比原来少了100多，不知道是疏忽还是故意的。

发帖数: 1879 | 4 The credit will be covered by the agent. The final closing statement can not
be 100% accurate as the estimated one. That is why agent will always
recalcuate and send you the uncovered fee once they receive the final
closing doc. This is very normal.
