5K. Another one just 200 ft away was sold for $383K in April, it is 380 sq
ft bigger than mine, same year (1993). Mine has the following updates (the
bigger one doesn't)
1. New roof (2010)
2. New HVAC (2009)
3. Water Heater (2007) and appliance (2005)
4 Finished basement (Owens corning system)
5. Bigger deck (800 vs 400 sq ft)
6. Completely fenced in backyard (same size though)
7. New carpets 1st floor.
Since I didn't hire an agent, kind of worry about overpay. Any comments

property, you have to compare all the comparable properities in your
neiboughhood. And keep in mind you probably won't get the best deal in the
market. You can mention that property to the seller, but does not mean the
