贷款银行主要是有的要求比较烦人， 如果不能按时close就麻烦大了。

发帖数: 5191 | 5 refi因为cost已经是能够事先确定的, 可以把您的条件告诉agent, 直接问rate是多少,
lock多少天, 有没有impound.
purchase loan很多时候不知道cost到底是多少, 所以如果要agent给 no closing cost
的rate比较难. 您可以问在某个rate确定时的lender rebate是多少. 但是rebate/rate
好的lender往往比较严格, 所以还要问agent以您的条件是否能保证按时close. | k******o
