they are on the same street. One is 2700 sqft and the other is 3700 sqft.
But the 3700 sqft is asking a lower price.
Both are new house in the same community with exactly the same following
things:
The lot size is similar and interior/exterior look similar.
double garage, wood floors, granite countertops, ceramic tile, stainless
steel appliances, maple cabinetry,
The 3700 sqft house even has SPRAY FOAM INSULATION (2700 sqft house does not
have).
But the 3700 sqft house sells $4000 lower in asking price |

炒菜的的人还要让热菜的人....

也许是甩卖、也许是房子不吉利、也许房主急着用钱

发帖数: 448 | 10 builder不一样，房子肯定会有差价。但是这个说起来在同一个区里，$/sqft差价大了
些。要是我的话肯定不会挑小房子，将来出手会困难。不过你的agent如果连这个问题
多解答不了，你可以考虑换一个了。 |
