月）。之后今年一月这个loan卖给了Wells Fargo。请问summit是不是应该给我2011年
的1098表 （21天利息）？是不是Wells Fargo只负责提供新的loan的1098（2012年1月
开始），而不包括预付的12月的利息？
我2010年的也在summit做了refinance，之后贷款也被卖到另一家公司。但我从来没收
到过summit的1098. |

发帖数: 3328 | 10 Normally the lender (summit mortgage) should give your 1098 form. If you don
't receive it, you should call to request.
If you still can't get it beofre due date, final closing statement or HUD1
might be a good alternative.
