今天律师把deed发过来了，顺便提醒我防范这个骗子公司：
Also, the county clerk sent a notice out to warn buyers of a company that is
contacting new homeowners and telling them they need a certified copy of
their deed which is not true, and charging them a lot for it. The county
clerk has filed a complaint with the state attorney general's office. I know
you frequent that message board so in case you want to warn people, they
are calling themselves "National Record Service" and also "National Deed
