Great Neck啥的肯定不靠谱了，求大牛们推荐好点的区，目前看了East Meadow似乎还
算便宜，但不知道具体情况，我比较青睐Jericho，但似乎有点超出我们预算。大牛们
给点意见吧，最好是学区好的，如果实在不行，小学学区好就行了，另外，也请大牛们
推荐靠谱的Agent，2月份就打算开始看房了，希望可以三个月内搞定。感谢大家帮忙！

比很好。 |

发帖数: 168 | 5 比较倾向于有楼梯的 呵呵 不过我也知道这个budget买不了SFH，所以想考虑townhouse
，但是NY好像很少有Townhouse的。。。

time.
the total commute time during rush hour is 40 mins.. from station to station.
there is no way Jericho to Wall Street could be any faster. |

你刚搬来li不了解情况，情有可原哈。
jericho有non-stop express train to Atlantic terminal.然后直接转4/5去wall st
。根本就不用去挤penn station。penn to wall st的2/3至少要15-20minutes。gn to
wall st我走了一个多月，就算住在火车站边上，door to door绝对要1：15以上。
我两个住在jericho的同事都是做6：57am的train，8点之前就到office了。
我自己现在就在Jericho看房子。

minutes one-way, just make to the Wall Street station.
GN seems to be still easier..
from Jericho to Wall St
- average 10 minute drive to Hicksville
- 5-10 minutes to park and get to the train. In Hicksville, unless you're
going super early, you're going to be parking further away and walking a bit.
- 45 minutes on the train
- 5-10 minutes to walk to and wait for the subway.
- 10 - 15 minutes on the subway, assuming no delays
- 5 minutes to walk to office (depending upon where that is, of course) |

arrive Wall Street train station for just under an hour. There is a 6:56
train from Hicksville arriving Altantic Terminal at 7:36. From there, you
can add another 15 mins to Wall Street.. So in the perfect case, the total
time from Hicksville to Wall Street is 51 mins! But the 6:56 train is the
only train during rush hour that could make this possible. All other trains
take between 44 - 58 mins, and involves a transfer at Jamaica.
But in the perfect case from GN to Wall Street is only 40 mins.
You also need to add the time travel from Jericho to Hickville, which is a
lot longer than most places in GN to GN station.

发帖数: 7389 | 21 有一点你绝对错了，早上相同时段，34街penn station的地铁线绝对比从atlantic开往
万虾屯的地铁要空。
penn station上车无论去哪个方向一般已经有位子坐了，而atlantic上车有时还挤不上
。当然，你这么早到哪条线肯定都没什么人。
