is not 6%, but something like 5.5% with the asset management took 1% and the
listing agent took only 2%. The share for the selling agent is the largest,
2.5%. Is this common? Before, I thought both side should take 3% or equal

你的情况可能 asset management和listing agent 属同一公司，或是关系（“
affiliated”）机构。偶尔卖方急着脱手，也会愿意支付买方 agent稍多的佣金，不过
这种情况不多见。

我原来的理解一般commission 5-6%, buyer 和 liting agent 对半分，但是buyer
agent 居然拿到的要多一点。说明卖方是急着想出手吗？ |

especially before the listing agreement expires. He/she may reduce his/her
commission to help reaching the deal. Listing agent will loose the house if
it is not sold in the agreedtime period. |

seller agent.

发帖数: 1230 | 9 每个listing的情况都可能不一样的！每个listing会列出来怎么分，如果给buyer's
agent的少，可能buyer agent都不会告诉你这个房子、或者给你负面的影响。我还见过
listing出来，说要求buyer要自己付buyer's agent commission的。。。。 |
