我的问题是做refi他们会不会查我的房子在MLS上。而且，要不要和现在的代理说。如
果我去了另外一个城市工作，再做refi,利率是否会高一些？大约会高多少？谢谢！ |

if this is your rental property, that is another story (i.e. normally 1.75%
point more).

２。做完refi后多长时间能出售？有人说要６个月以后才能卖或者租？还有别的限制吗？

vacation home because there is resort nearby (i.e. lake, beach, etc), or you
have to stay there for job (away from your primary house).
