的monthly payment。所以,实际principle balance 更少一些。
今天刚刚收到新的monthly payment。我的问题是,新的loan里加的title charges 和
利息,以及balance的差价,会不会refund 给我们?
我想听听大家的经历,再给我自己的broker打电话问。

refunded by the agent at closing and you can fund the tax if you have the
money。 The tax held in your previous escort account will be refunded to
you later. The loan is already closed so now you have to pay interest on
those money. You should understand the HUD and ask broker all the question
before or at closing.

出入,多的应该退给你,或 apply 在prepaid interest上。

包括PITI),如果结果为正,就是0 cost. |

well. Normally the credit reduction will be more than the title insurance
deduction.

broker about these issues.

amount. Once the mortgage is closed and funded, the mortgage note won't be
changed unless you refinance again and basically pay down that note. Now
you may ask refund from the broker for the refinace cost as he promised, but
I don't think you can change the loan amount.
At closing, the closing agent did not explain the details before you sign?
You can ask as many questions as you can before you sign anything, not now.
What you can do now, just prepay the mortage to lower the loan amount if there is no penalty.

We signed the docs in a rash as we were told the rates would be expired by
the 9:00 pm that night. Thus, we did not have chance to ask questions.
but
there is no penalty.
