问从USCIS官网上上看到需要如下文件:
A Form I-130
A copy of your birth certificate showing your name and the names of both
parents
A copy of your Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship or U.S. passport
if you were not born in the United States
A copy of your parents’ civil marriage certificate
我有以下两个问题:
1."A copy of your parents’civil marriage certificate"怎么办呢? 我父母是50
年代结婚的,结婚证早就找不到了. 我的出生公证有我父母亲的名字,有它难道还需要
父母的结婚证吗?
2.要不要同时file I-485?
