My credit score was a little bit under 700 because of a medical bill in the
past. I locked the re-fi rate several days ago and today my dispute
succeeded with and my score jumped to more than 760. My agent said I can not
use a new credit report unless the old one expired. Do you guys know if
there is any penalty for me to walk away now and choose another agent for re

When this client started to refinance, his FICO score is >= 740, just before
loan document out, his FICO score drop < 740 due to applying for a new
credit card, penalty was applied automatically by the lender (i.e. rebate
from lender was reduced significantly)
