The agent will apply mortgage loan from Flagstar bank. I have no idea about
this bank. I seems it is a very small bank. Does anyone know it? Is there a
problem to loan from this small bank.

There is no problem with Flagstar. I closed many loans in Flagstar and it
get very good business.

wellsFarg).

If you look at their stock performance, it is not promising. But there is a
turnaround for this bank for last couple of years as they are doing business
very competitively to earn their share.
As are are confident with closing this loan with this bank, we put a lot of
our loans in their pipeline. Yes, there is no surprise to make our clients'
life tougher.
But mortgage market change from time to time. Today's best does not mean it
will win tomorrow.
Good thing is that as borrowers of money, you are in better position as they
need you to pay back.
