Basically I am available most of the time (i.e. weekend, evening) to answer
your question and address your concerns. Majority bank will be closed during
non-business hours.
Nevertheless, most likely, your conforming loan principle will be eventually
assigned/sale/transferred to Fannie Mae/Freddic Mac.
