如果 standard deduction =11400的话,
30W(贷20W)的房子算出来的
itemized deduction =mortgage interest + property tax
跟这差不多啊。

但是itemized deduction还可以加股票损失,捐款, etc。。。 | k******o 发帖数: 3328 | 7 买房(primary residence)后能抵税 only your itemized deduction > standard deduction.
Itemized deduction is computed with Schedule A, including but not limited to
property tax, mortgage interest, state income or sale tax, car registration
(your donation with limitation, medical expense with limitation, job
related expenses with limitations, etc.)
After you get tax amount, compared with AMT (Alternative Minimum TAX,
basically put a fair amount of deductions back), you/IRS pick up the larger
one. which, unfortunately, becomes you federal tax liability. ^.^
