The part that was damaged was the new master bedroom on the second floor.
The wind from the storm swept away the shingles and the water started to
enter through the attic and through the walls down to the third car garage.
We filed an insurance claim through Texas Windstorm. We used the money
given plus a substantial amount to add the additional master bathroom (200
sqft) and remodel the guest bathroom. We have insurance claim report w/
pictures and receipts for all the work done on the house. Throughout the
remodeling we had city inspections, lender (wells fargo) inspections,
framing inspection and all the work was done by insured and bonded, licensed
electricians and plumbers. The inspections were done at different phases
of the remodeling to ensure it was up to Hurricane Code and City Code.

以致买家，都非常重视。处理得不好，潜在的 health hazard 可以引发 lawsuit。
不过你这情形听起来是已经彻底修补好了。只要是处理得当，应该没问题。仔细看看卖
主提供的文件，确认每个步序都有做到。专门处理 mold 的公司，在完成维修之后，会
issue certification,证明问题得到解决。
