15年后如果小孩上学需要钱,即使房子不涨,再10-12万卖掉
我们这儿房价从08年到现在一直比较稳定,大跌的趋势不大
请问,这种投资划得来吗?我们不会别的投资,买了一点点的股票,没一个赚钱的^_^ |

15年后房子即使不涨,一般也能抵住通胀

realtor fee, some level of maintainence. Rerun the number see what the
number look like then decide. If you still get 5%, not that attractive in my
view, but if you have passion to invest in property (bet on appreciation
over the long term), then still can do it. Or if you don't have other places
to invest your cash, it's an option to give your cash 5% return. |

我们就是不会别的投资,前阵子ESPP涨了,说是要卖掉一些,拖拖拉拉没卖,结果哗啦
啦就亏了上万,像这样,我说还不如买个房子,毕竟是个实物,再亏也不会亏没吧,股
票就不好说了,我们有一点股票亏了一半了,还好当时没买太多
