Downgrade debt rating from S&P has more psychological effect than a good
indicator of the overall health of US economy. Bad seed has been sowed long
time ago. This hit is different from what happened two years ago. After
short-term correction, the peace time will come.
Long-term debt rates should increase. As usual, I do not recommend my
clients to do arm. The shock will come but nobody could know the exact time.
