似的房子yard小点，01年建的，离繁忙的路近点，但是多一个bathroom, 一个bedroom,
这样这两个房子区别不大，另外我出价的房子carpeting, paint, 还有通往车库的路
都需要重新弄，估计要7，800左右，也就是这个房子弄好要130，000。回复是：too
low not countering. 就没有理，觉得他们太自以为是。结果昨天我的agent告诉我
seller’s agent打电话说有一个offer了，问我想不想加入bid. 我觉得很蹊跷，怎么
这么巧，快要卖给relocation company了来个offer, 更何况不是我的offer太低，还来
找我干什么？直接接受那个高的offer不就行了？
我这是大农村，宾州的西部，没什么buyer的市场。我想要么没有另一个offer, 要么另
一个offer出价跟我的区别不算大，要不干吗回头找我？据我的agent讲，seller’s
agent直接卖给buyer, 不通过relocation company赚的钱更多；并且relocation
company一般出价是appraisal 的90%，而且会尽快脱手，会不停下降价格，如真有另一
个offer, 他们干吗这么急，广告上讲了这跟relocation company有关，还有几天就要
降价了。我的agent讲这房子最多140，000， 也就是relocation company出价大约126
，000。
请达人参谋，我该怎么办？喜欢这个房子，但不情愿高价买进。 | l******a

If you are willing to bet the house with a couple thousand, then do it.
Otherwise, you need to be sure that you will never regret it later.

发帖数: 82 | 8 今天见到我的agent，原来seller's agent给她打电话时说"An offer is coming in,"
也就是说seller's agent给我的agent打电话时那个offer还没来，也就是有可能最终也
许根本就没收到所谓的另一个offer.
我的agent告诉我如果另一个offer足够高，现在应该pending，因为是上个星期周末的
事，可是现在这个房子并没有under contract, 她不知道是还在negotiate还是另一个
offer没有被接受。她会打电话去问。
当我的offer没有被接受时，我的agent估计relocation company的buyout是150,000，
所以她说除非我出150,000，到了seller那里也不会被接受的。她也告诉了seller's
agent我不会出150，000的。
我告诉我的agent可以加2000，可是她说it will not make a difference. 她会打电话

active. So it is either a bluffing or the offer is not satisfactory for the
seller. I am hoping after the relocation company buy it out the listing
price will be reducing. |
