这是说放弃在close前３天拿到appraisal的权利，而选择在close前３天到close之间的
时间拿到appraisal么？
签了这个有什么后果么？
没有appraisal反映房子价值是不builder房子没做完也行？

叫做appraisal delivery acknowledge。我觉得LZ签的这个东西，基本意思是一样的。
