the sellers of our house spent $2000+ on that and had the whole attic

发帖数: 14763 | 5 Hehe, in New England, it's pretty common. A turbine vent is better. If
possible, ask for one or two attic fans with thermostat. | n********a
发帖数: 53 | 6 We ended up bought the house, but we did negotiated $8000 to cover mold
remediation and other small issues. We told them $8000 is reasonable due to
the risk we are taking. Hope this info may be of a little help to you.

will do it.

发帖数: 495 | 8 同意。而且夏天时候attic温度可以到150F以上，mold没法生存。
