broker who does wholesale, can switch my retail loan to wholesale at
Provident, and get the same rate with more discount. The rate is the day's
rate when I locked in 2 weeks ago via provident website, but he is able to
offer more discount.
my question is if that is do-able? any risks? I'm concerned that how Provident would let that happen?

your application. Since the interest rate has been dropping in the last a
couple of days, plus you are dealing with a broker now, for sure you can get
a better deal.

发帖数: 2712 | 5 从broker那里拿到的rate好于直接找investor去拿的rate。不同LZ说的确实比较tricky。
如果真的可以这么做，只能说明PF不怎么打算做直销了，把资料给了一个broker。。。
又或者他们网上根本就是幌子，收到loan之后会转给某些broker来继续完成。
理论上说，PF确实不应该允许这种事情发生的。
我只知道，如果一个broker去注册过这个loan，即便客人想switch到其他broker那里去
，PF的系统也是不同意同样的loan注册两遍的。 |
