80 yr old house and the price is about 20% lower than comparable homes in
the area. Should I just walk away now with the list of repairs?
1. windows don't close and lock well
2. fireplace not working
3. termite damage in attic and crawl space
4. damaged tabs on the roof
5. settlement damage at the front masonry piers and the chimney causing the
piers and the chimney to learn outward. They need to be reinforced with a
new foundation.
