才知道政府真黑呀，预计短短四年内平均增收50%呀。而且才发现，Milpitas现有收费
居然早己经比Sunnyval,Mountain View, Cupertino的还高，眼看就直逼Palo Alto了。

后一天的时间和机会！不过，按他们的要求，必须以书面方式提出，并写上你的住址，
房屋parcel number,并署上名字和日期，于May3， 明天5：00pm 前递交到市政厅。真
就可恶，反对他们收费涨价，就让咱们这么不方便，还偏要书面递交，想让民众知难而
退，哼，没门。咱已经准备好了，明一早就去交了。Milpitas的童鞋们，赶紧行动吧，

“Property owners who want to protest the proposed rate increases must
submit a formal written protest to the Milpitas City Clerk's Office at 455 E
. Calaveras Blvd., Milpitas, Calif. 95035 on or before 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 3
. Protests must contain the name, date, mailing address, signature, and the
parcel(s) owned, identified by the street address or the assessor's parcel
number. Only one protest vote from each parcel will be counted.
Comments may also be e-mailed to the city, but they will not be accepted as
