房屋检查发现门上拱门的砖头有裂缝，门正山头有一片大概有7-8片砖头往外突出大于0
.5英寸。要求卖家修，卖家拒绝怎么办？有什么办法让卖家修或者给credit？下面是
inspector的报告：
There are settlement cracks in the front brick above and to the sides of the
front door.The top key stone arch above the front door has moved outward
about 1/2". This are indications of active movement. It is recommended a
contractor familiar with this type of repair further evaluate the movement
and repair as needed。
另外卖家也拒绝补上丢失的三扇纱窗。因为窗户大小不是标准的，所以纱窗要定做，还
是挺贵的。纱窗是窗户的一部分，我们要求补上不过分吧？卖家只拣了些不怎么花钱的
小项目说会修。这房子买的真郁闷。
