版上有人建议检查过程中，不管是seller agent还是自己的buyer agent, 最好不要在
场。刚刚跟自己的buyer agent提了，叫他不要出现。
他反驳说：it is a violation of our real estate licenses to not be present
and to open the home for you。
看来他要赖在那里了，怎么办？

mine did so. we together did the inspection, i think it is good. |

who's gonna be the witness? Who's gonna open the door for you?

发帖数: 182 | 5 我考古了一下，好几个这里的版友提到inspection期间agent在场的不愉快经验，
inspector很容易受到agent的影响帮他们说话，而不是buyer本身。
没有必要担心那么多？

至于你请的INSPECTOR，他们不应该和他说话。你也可以要求他们不要说话。 |
